It seems ages since my last Blog update (excluding the Christmas Delivery Times post of course!) where has the time gone?

Christmas is fast approaching, I hope you are all starting to feel festive!

I absolutely love Christmas, it is my favourite time of the year. My tree is already up and the rest of the house is due to be decorated this weekend.

Every year, my daughter and I love to make some special decorations for the tree, last year we made sequin baubles and some felt christmas puds. This year I have been spending my evenings making some paper baubles, I particularly love the vintage look so have been using some gorgeous Amy Butler and Cath Kidston papers.

Unfortunately, my poor long suffering husband has had to watch our front room slowly turning from a cosy relaxing space into a mini bauble factory, festooned with glitter, crystals and scraps of paper!

As soon as my baubles have fully dried I shall take some pictures and upload them for you to see happy

Over the weekend, inbetween decorating the house and hoovering up the excess glitter, I will be braving the high street to make a start on my Christmas shopping. Hopefully the awful weather we are currently having will hold off long enough for me to dash round the shops! There is nothing worse than juggling an umbrella with armfuls of presents ~ wish me luck!
